The Lounge/Party Room
Description
The Lounge/Party room is accessible from the 1st Floor/Lobby level. Within the Lounge/Party Room you will find chairs and a couch if you simply want a quiet place to read. Or, there is a standard size pool table and cues for your use if billiards is your thing. As well, there is also a table for 10 people if you simply want to play a card game or have a few people for dinner (you can use the fridge in the Lounge to keep the drinks cold!)
The Hours
This room is open for residents to enjoy from 9am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday and from 9am to 12am Friday and Saturday. To see a schedule of events, including private bookings, you can visit our Online Schedule
Private Parties
If you would like to reserve the Lounge/Party Room, you can email ac.tniop-eht|stneve#ac.tniop-eht|stneve to faciliate this. There is a $70.00 rental charge and $200.00 damage deposit required to reserve the room.
The Gym Area
Description
The Gym area is accessible from the 1st Floor/Lobby level. Within the Gym Area you will find:
- 1 Elliptical Machine (View Manual Now!)
- 2 Treadmills (View Manual Now!)
- 1 Stationary Bike
- 2 Yoga Balls
- 1 Universal Gym
- 1 Free Weight Tower
- 2 TVs
The Hours
The gym is open for residents to enjoy from 5:30am to 11pm daily.
Private Parties
Unfortunately this room is not available for private reservations presently.
Important Rules
Please ensure that your return all equipment to its storage location upon use. As well, please use the fan to keep the air in the gym area moving.
The Pool Area
Description
The Pool & Gym area is accessible from the 1st Floor/Lobby level. Within the Pool Area you will find:
- Lap Pool
- Hot Tub (capacity of 6 people)
- Sauna (capacity of 8 people)
- Outdoor Terrace

The pool area is open for residents to enjoy from 5:30am to 11pm daily.

Please ensure that you SHOWER before using any of this area. People found not showing will be fined.
The Media Room
Description
The Media room is accessible from the 1st Floor/Lobby level. Within the Media Room you will find our 52" television, a DVD player, Telus HD Digital TV Tuner and seats for 8 people.
