NEW PARKING DECALS
Effective on August 31st, any car parked in any Visitor's Parking Space must display a "Point Parking Pass" which will be delivered over the course of August. Any cars not displaying one will be towed.
CAR WASH AREA
A Car Wash area is available for residents outside the Amenity Room. There is a hose to the right of the Amenity Room Exterior Door. Please place the hose back in this location when you are finished washing your car.
USING A FIRE EXTINGUISHER
We recommend all residents have a Fire Extinguisher in their suite and KNOW HOW to use one - Watch a Video Here with the Tips and Tricks.
