At The Point there is a set of bylaws that govern how the Strata Council works, but also certain baseline behaviours should be followed. These include how people should dispose of their litter, when quiet times are, etc. For each bylaw that is broken the Strata Council can levy a fine of $200.
As such, it is important that everyone is considerate of one another so no fines are necessary. You can download a copy of the bylaws from this website anytime.
The Strata Council also welcomes your suggestions about new rules to help make the building more pleasant for everyone. Please email ac.tniop-eht|snoitseggus#ac.tniop-eht|snoitseggus if you have any recommendations for new rules, etc. The bylaws are updated only by way of a Special General Meeting or at the Annual General Meeting. However, suggestions are welcome anytime.
