The Rules
At The Point there are over 150 units of people living together. This means there are over 250 people living at the building. As such, it is important that everyone is considerate of one another. To help facilitate this, rules have been established to give all residents a baseline. You can download a copy of the rules from this website anytime.
The Point Rules were last updated on June 1st, 2010 to alter the policy regarding the number of bikes someone may have and to restrict car washing.
The Strata Council also welcomes your suggestions about new rules to help make the building more pleasant for everyone. Please email ac.tniop-eht|snoitseggus#ac.tniop-eht|snoitseggus if you have any recommendations for new rules, etc.
